We have been working so hard to plan a safe event for everyone this year. We made modifications to the packet pickup, the expo, the event, and the post race party all in an effort to provide you with the opportunity to still show up and participate on race day. Guidelines are constantly changing and the future is still so uncertain. With COVID-19 cases still on the rise in Wisconsin, and the new travel order from Chicago adding Wisconsin to their list, we don’t feel we can produce the amazing event you have come to expect. So it is with a heavy heart that we announce the cancellation of the 2020 Pleasant Prairie Triathlon Presented by Kenosha Subaru. Further details have been emailed to all registered participants.
The Pleasant Prairie Triathlon presented by Kenosha Subaru starts and finishes in the picturesque setting of Prairie Springs Park. Lake Andrea, a sparkling 100-acre spring fed lake, will serve as the venue for the swim portion of our race. The bike course uses picturesque roads within the Village of Pleasant Prairie as well as a new frontage road, with long straight-aways. The run course will take you through Prairie Springs Park, on paved and gravel paths.
