Race Day Events has been closely monitoring and following recommendations from Wisconsin State Department of Public Health as the state starts to reopen. We have been working diligently with the village to determine how to effectively proceed with hosting this event in a safe manner for our participants, staff, volunteers and spectators. After reviewing our options, we have decided that the only option to do so is to postpone the event to August 29th, which is on the same weekend as the now postponed Iron Girl Pleasant Prairie. The two events will remain entirely separate and will take place on different days, however joining the two on the same weekend is what allowed us to best work with the Village of Pleasant Prairie to produce an event during these times. We do regret to inform you that the Pleasant Prairie Jr. Triathlon has been cancelled, all participants will receive a full refund. We apologize for the inconvenience, and hope you are still able to join us on this new date.
All registrants will be given the option to participate in the new August 29th event, defer your entry Pleasant Prairie Triathlon 2021, or donate your entry fee. Further details regarding the event and how to proceed with your selection have been emailed to all registered participants. Selections will need to be made by July 1st.
We appreciate the continued support from all of you during this time. We hope to see you all on August 29th!
The Pleasant Prairie Triathlon presented by Kenosha Subaru starts and finishes in the picturesque setting of Prairie Springs Park. Lake Andrea, a sparkling 100-acre spring fed lake, will serve as the venue for the swim portion of our race.
