DO YOU HAVE QUESTIONS REGARDING REGISTRATION CHANGES (TRANSFERRING REGISTRATION, RACE DISTANCE CHANGES, ETC.)?

CAN SOMEONE PICK UP MY RACE PACKET FOR ME?

No. Sorry, only you can pick up your race packet.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY SHIRT SIZE?

These changes can be done by logging into your RunSignUp account, choose the race and simply change your answer to those questions.

CAN I WEAR HEADPHONES?

Per USAT rules, headphones are not allowed for any portion of the race.

WHAT ARE THE CUTOFF TIMES?

The Sprint distance events will have 3 hours and the Olympic distance events will have 5 hours for participants to cross the finish line.

HOW DOES THE RELAY TEAM WORK?

All relay team members need to be body marked. The biker and the runner need to wear the team bib-you will each get one. The timing chip is passed to each member of the team at the bike rack. You will be allowed back into the transition area once the relay swim wave has started.

I’VE NEVER DONE A TRIATHLON BEFORE. WHAT WAVE SHOULD I BE IN?

We recommend that new triathletes start in the novice wave. There will be a longer time gap between this wave and the age group waves. The novice wave is intended for those who have done fewer than 3 triathlons. Novice participants will be added to the age group for awards in 2022.

WHAT ARE THE RECOMMENDED WEIGHTS FOR ATHENA AND CLYDESDALE?

Per USAT Guidelines, Clydesdale men should weigh 220 pounds and Athena women 165 pounds. We will not be weighing you.

What is your Award Policy if I don't to pick up my award at the event?

Race Day Events will hold event awards for 30 days after the event is complete. Contact us at raceday@racedayevents.com for more information about receiving your awards after the event.

  • How do I sign up for event insurance? Add-on coverage is offered during the checkout process when signing up for this event. You will be given the option to add or decline coverage with one click. Note: If you decide to decline coverage, you will not be able to go back and add it after registering.

What is your refund policy?

This race does not offer refunds or deferrals. If you are registered for the event, you agreed to the no refund and no deferral policy prior to submitting your online registration. (This includes those who experience illness, injury or any other condition that may prevent them from participating in the event.)
